Collective AI Challenge week 2 : end poverty — by chrisaiki | Vibrr Stories

Execute one of these prompts :

1. Imagine you are the architect of a world where poverty has been completely eradicated. Describe in vivid detail what daily life looks like, what systems exist, and what humanity had to sacrifice or transform to get there.

2. Analyze the root causes of global poverty by tracing the life of a single fictional family across three generations — how do systemic forces shape their economic reality, and at what points could intervention have changed their trajectory?

3. If you had to argue that poverty is not primarily a financial problem but a problem of power, access, and narrative, how would you build that case — and what solutions would logically follow from that framing?

4. Design a hypothetical city from the ground up with the explicit goal of making poverty structurally impossible. What policies, infrastructure, cultural norms, and economic models would it be built upon?

5. Reflect on a moment in history when a society came closest to ending poverty. What worked, what failed, and what does that teach us about what is truly possible today?

6. Write a dialogue between two economists — one who believes free markets are the most powerful tool against poverty, and one who believes only radical redistribution can solve it. Let both make their strongest possible case.

7. Explore the psychological and cultural dimensions of poverty: how do shame, identity, and internalized narratives prevent individuals and communities from escaping it, and how might we address poverty at this invisible level?

8. If a powerful artificial intelligence were given full authority and resources to end poverty within 20 years, what step-by-step strategy might it devise — and where would human resistance or ethical dilemmas likely derail the plan?

9. Challenge the assumption that economic growth is necessary to end poverty. Build an argument for how degrowth, resource redistribution, and redefining "enough" could eliminate poverty without expanding GDP.

10. You have five minutes to pitch a single, bold, unconventional idea to end poverty to a room of world leaders. What is your idea, why is it radical, and why do you believe it could actually work?
